Reverend Rosie Reed is a Colombian born bilingual English/Spanish experienced Motivation Speaker, adjunct college instructor, ordained Minister/Celebrant and Notary Public. She has lived in Southern California for over 35 years and has been married to her wonderful husband for over 30 years -They have an amazing married daughter and a delightful little grandsons.
She has officiated hundreds of Civil and Non-Denominational, Christian, Spiritual, Interfaith (English, Bilingual and Spanish) weddings, with brides and grooms from many walks of life, religious and backgrounds, over the years. She’ll craft a custom ceremony unique to you as a couple; with all final ceremony decisions to be approved by you. The end result is the perfect personalized ceremony that truly reflects your love, personal beliefs and family traditions.

MARRIAGE LICENSE -CA State Requirements Summary
Marriage licenses are issued to applicants on the spot. A marriage license is valid for 90 days.
There are no citizenship or residency requirements, nor are blood tests required to obtain a marriage license.
Applicants must be over 18 years old.
At the time the couple is applying for a California marriage license they can choose and list on the marriage license the new last name that each party will go by after marriage.
Each person must present one form of valid photo identification with proof of age. Couples applying for a marriage license must be unmarried:
If you were previously married and the dissolution is not yet final, you will not be issued a marriage license.
If you are in a State Registered Domestic Partnership, you may not enter into a marriage or be issued a license with someone other than your registered domestic partner, unless the domestic partnership has been terminated or a final judgment of dissolution or nullity has been entered. If the dissolution was final within the past 90 days, please provide a copy of your final judgment.
